Dunkin’ is putting the spotlight on tiramisu, not pumpkin, in the headline act of its 2026 fall menu, which launched nationwide on August 19 with a four-drink tiramisu lineup alongside the usual pumpkin returns, according to Dunkin’s own announcement. The new drinks are built around a tiramisu swirl that can also be added to any hot or iced coffee, Cold Brew or espresso order.
The lineup includes the Tiramisu Cloud Latte, made with espresso and whole milk topped with Marshmallow Cold Foam and hot chocolate powder; the Tiramisu Shakin’ Espresso, a double shot shaken with the tiramisu swirl and oatmilk; the Tiramisu Marshmallow Matcha; and a Tiramisu Protein Latte with 17 grams of protein per medium cup, per the release.
Key Points
- Four new tiramisu-inspired drinks launched nationwide on August 19, including the Tiramisu Cloud Latte and Tiramisu Protein Latte
- A tiramisu swirl can be added to any coffee, Cold Brew or espresso drink on the menu
- Pumpkin favorites are returning too, including the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, Pumpkin Cloud Dunkalatte and a new Pumpkin Pie Coffee Chiller
- The launch is anchored by an “Earle-Y Riser Meal” co-created with influencer Alix Earle, pairing a sugar-free vanilla Shakin’ Espresso with a hash brown breakfast wrap and Munchkins
- Dunkin’ CMO Jill Nelson said the fall lineup is meant to cover “every kind of fall routine and craving”
“Fall is one of our most anticipated seasons at Dunkin’, and we’re giving guests more variety than ever,” Jill Nelson, Dunkin’s chief marketing officer, said in the company’s announcement. “From the Earle-Y Riser Meal with Alix Earle to returning pumpkin favorites and indulgent tiramisu-inspired beverages, there’s something for every kind of fall routine and craving.”

Tiramisu has been creeping onto American menus for a couple of years now, showing up as a cake flavor, a martini and a protein-shake variant at grocery chains and coffee shops alike. Dunkin’ betting a full beverage platform on it, rather than treating it as a one-off seasonal item, suggests the chain thinks the flavor has staying power beyond a single trend cycle — a notable break from the pumpkin-spice playbook that has defined fall coffee menus for nearly two decades.
The rest of the pumpkin lineup is unchanged in spirit if not entirely in form: alongside the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte and Pumpkin Cloud Dunkalatte, Dunkin’ is bringing back the Pumpkin Patch Cloud Latte and Nutty Pumpkin Protein Latte, plus pumpkin donuts, Munchkins and muffins. But with four new tiramisu drinks getting equal billing in the announcement, pumpkin no longer has the fall menu to itself.
